Q: What is the ordering process?

Start by filling out our Contact Form with your event details and inspiration. From there, we’ll schedule a quick consultation to discuss your vision, candle styles, and rental options. Once your selections are finalized, we’ll send a rental agreement and invoice. A deposit secures your date and reserves your candles and décor.

Q: What types of Candles are available?

We offer a full range of real flame and LED candles, including taper, pillar, votive, floating, and wax pearl options—perfect for any style or venue requirement. All are available in a variety of colors and finishes to complement your event design.

Q: You don’t have the exact candle, candle holders or colors we want. Can you still help?

Absolutely! If we don’t currently carry what you’re looking for, we can source new inventory for a nominal cost. We also love collaborating with other vendors and can easily blend your décor with our rentals for a cohesive look.

Q: How far in advance should we order?

We recommend securing your rentals at least six weeks before your event to ensure availability and design flexibility. That said, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute or rush orders whenever possible.

Q: How many candles do i need?

Every event is unique, which is why we recommend a consultation to determine the right quantity and placement. We’ll help you design the perfect glow based on your venue layout, table sizes, and overall ambiance.

Q: How does delivery and pickup work?

While based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, we proudly serve events across Texas—including Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Denton, Arlington, Waco, Houston and Austin—and are available for celebrations throughout Texas and select locations nationwide. Q: Do I need to clean any melted wax or candle holders before pickup?

No need! We take care of all cleaning and prep after pickup. Just return your rentals in their original packaging, and we’ll handle the rest.
